Do purchased hours expire?

Block hours are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Use them at your own pace within that period.

Can I buy more than one block?

Absolutely. You can purchase multiple blocks at any time and they all stack together in your account.

What if my project needs more than 5 hours?

Just purchase additional blocks — there's no limit. For larger ongoing engagements, reach out and we can discuss a custom arrangement.

What kinds of work count toward my hours?

Any billable work including network configuration, consulting calls, troubleshooting, infrastructure setup, and documentation. Time is billed in 5-minute increments, and we share a full breakdown with every session summary.

How quickly can you get started?

Typically within 1–3 business days of your first inquiry, depending on current availability. Reach out early and we'll get you on the schedule.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you purchase a block and haven't used any hours, we'll issue a full refund. Partially used blocks are refunded pro-rata for unused hours.
