These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.kjjtech.com and any services provided by KJJ Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our site or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


Services

KJJ Tech provides networking, IT consulting, Unifi support, cybersecurity, system integration, and managed support services. Services are delivered either onsite in the Orlando, FL area or remotely nationwide.

All work is performed on a time-based billing model. You may purchase time in the following increments:

Time is billed in 5-minute increments. A detailed breakdown of time used is provided at the end of every session.


Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. KJJ Tech does not store your payment card details.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.


Hour Blocks & Expiration

Purchased hour blocks are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unused hours expire after this period and are non-refundable once expired.

Hour blocks are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client for their own projects and infrastructure.


Refund Policy


Scheduling & Availability

Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. We aim to confirm bookings within one business day of your request. KJJ Tech reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice in the event of an emergency or conflict.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session hour.


Scope of Work

All billable work includes networking configuration, troubleshooting, consulting calls, infrastructure setup, and documentation. Work performed outside of a confirmed session or scope must be agreed upon in advance.

KJJ Tech will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues within the purchased time. Complex issues may require additional hours, which will always be communicated before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

KJJ Tech will perform all work with reasonable care and professional skill. However, we are not liable for any data loss, hardware failure, network outages, or damages arising from pre-existing conditions, third-party equipment, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

We strongly recommend maintaining current backups of all data before any work is performed. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service session in question.


Confidentiality

Any information shared with KJJ Tech during a service session — including network credentials, infrastructure details, and business information — will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.


Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of KJJ Tech. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.


Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
